A deposit of 100% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy:

A 100% refund of the deposit, minus a $12.00 administrative fee (plus tax), is offered for cancellations made 22 days or more prior to the start of the stay.

A 50% refund of the deposit is offered for cancellations made between 10 and 21 days prior to the start of the stay.

No refund is provided for cancellations made 9 days or less prior to the start of the stay.

Where applicable, for cancellations made 21 days or less before the start of the stay, the required cancellation fee will not include charges for additional guests or dog fees.
