Depending on the circumstances, a minimum deposit equivalent to the first night's rate plus booking fees, or a deposit of 35% of the total stay amount, is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable upon arrival.
Cancellation policy:

A 100% refund of the deposit amount, less $12.25 administration fee (taxes included), is offered 28 days or more prior to the start date of the stay.

A 50% refund of the deposit amount is offered between 10 and 27 days prior to the start date of the stay.

No refund if the cancellation takes place less than 9 days before the start date of the stay.
