To ensure you have a pleasant and memorable stay, we invite you to read this information.

 

The following regulations and policies have been put in place to ensure the safety of customers, campers and visitors, respect for people and places, friendliness and tranquility on the site.

 

These rules and policies apply to all customers and visitors.

 

Any violation of the rules or any conduct deemed undesirable or disrespectful may result in immediate expulsion, without refund or any compensation.

 

Thank you for your full cooperation.

Arrival and departure times

Cottage :

  • Arrival at the chalet is between 4:00 PM and 8:30 PM.

  • The departure time is set for no later than 11:00 on the day of departure.

Camping :

  • Arrival at the campsite is between 2:00 PM and 8:30 PM.

  • The departure time is set for no later than 1:00 PM on the day of departure.

Shelter/Ready-to-camp:

  • Arrival at the refuge is between 3:00 PM and 8:30 PM.

  • The departure time is set for no later than 1:00 PM on the day of departure.

Noise and curfew

  • Outdoor sound systems are prohibited and the noise level of your personal device must not disturb your neighbor.

  • All music must stop at 9:30 p.m., including musical instruments and singing.

  • The curfew is set at 11:00 PM. No noise will be tolerated between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

  • The use of a generator is strictly prohibited at all times.

  • Out of respect for other campers, customers must refrain from excessive noise at all times.

Pets

  • In chalets and shelters, pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, etc.) are prohibited.

 

  • When camping, a maximum of one dog is allowed per campsite. Fees apply.

  • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and are not allowed in the buildings.

  • Pets are not allowed in the community room and toilet blocks.

  • Your pet must not disturb the peace and quiet of other customers.

  • You must pick up your pet's excrement immediately, at all times and everywhere on the site.

  • Any pet causing a nuisance or exhibiting dangerous or aggressive behavior must leave the premises immediately.

Children

  • Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children.

  • Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at the swimming pool at all times.

Vehicles and on site travel

  • The maximum speed allowed on the site is 10 km/h.

  • Bicycles and electric scooters must be used safely.

  • No vehicles may be parked on roads or vacant lots.

  • It is forbidden to drive vehicles on the site between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

  • For reasons of peace and safety, all motor vehicles (electric or petrol) are not allowed to circulate on the site except to enter and exit the site.

  • Golf carts and off-road vehicles (ATVs, side-by-sides, motocross bikes, etc.) are not allowed on the site.

Fires, fireworks, firecrackers,...

  • Campfires are permitted exclusively in designated areas and may not be moved.

  • Management reserves the right to prohibit campfires on its premises.

  • It is forbidden to burn waste, objects or other non-combustible materials.

  • A fire should never be left unattended.

  • Campfires must remain safe. The height of the flames must remain suitable and reasonable at all times (maximum 50 cm).

  • Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited at all times.

  • Only locally sourced wood is accepted on the site. Wood is available at reception ($).

Damage, vandalism, accidents and inconveniences

  • The management is not responsible for damage caused to campers' property: fire, theft, vandalism, accidents, partial or complete lack of electricity, broken trees or branches, bad weather, animals.

  • Management will not be responsible for any accidents, disturbances, damages or injuries occurring on its premises.

Cigarettes, vaping, alcohol and drugs

  • No glass containers will be tolerated in the public areas of the site.

  • The consumption of cannabis and other drugs is prohibited everywhere on the site.

  • The chalets and shelters are non-smoking.

  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited in common areas, at the swimming pool and in playgrounds.

  • You must pick up your cigarette butts and containers and dispose of them properly.
